PURPOSE: A VOC combustion device using brown gas, a purification device for exhaust gas using the same, and a ship therewith are provided to maximize the purification efficiency of exhaust gas discharged from the engine of the ship. CONSTITUTION: A VOC combustion device(100) using brown gas comprises a brown gas generator(120), a VOC storage tank(112), a brown gas-VOC mixer(130), and a VOC combustor(140). The brown gas generator generates brown gas. The VOC storage tank stores volatile organic compounds. The brown gas-VOC mixer mixes the brown gas generated from the brown gas generator with the VOC supplied from the VOC storage tank. The VOC combustor receives the mixture of the brown gas and VOC and directly ignites the mixture.
