PURPOSE: A stereoscopic image display system, stereoscopic image display apparatus, and display method thereof are provided to control a pixel cycle according to a distance by recognizing the distance between a display panel and a user. CONSTITUTION: A stereoscopic image processing system recognizes a watching distance. The stereoscopic image processing system calculates a stereoscopic image pixel cycle by using the recognized watching distance(S220). The stereoscopic image processing system determines one or more colors among a sub pixel and pixels which displayed in a stereoscopic image by using the calculated stereoscopic image pixel cycle(S250). The stereoscopic image processing system displays the stereoscopic image according to the determined color(S260).
