<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently heat cooling liquid of a fuel cell and coolant for air conditioning with a heat exchanger with a heating element. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell and an air conditioning system are equipped with a cooling liquid passage of the fuel cell 1, a circulation pump 3 circulating the cooling liquid, a temperature detecting sensor 12 detecting the temperature of the cooling liquid, a heat exchanger with the heating element 5 installed on the cooling liquid passage and a coolant passage through which the coolant for the air conditioning in a room is circulated, constituted so as to conduct heat between the cooling liquid and the coolant, and having the heating element 41 for heating the cooling liquid and the coolant, and an ECU 85 conducting heating control of the heating element 41. The ECU 85 heats the heating element 41 with electric power from the fuel cell 1 when cooling liquid temperature falls bellow temperature T1 not requiring warming of the fuel cell 1, and when the cooling liquid temperature exceeds the temperature T1, heating of the heating element 41 is continued if heating in the room is required. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
