The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for making up and/or caring for the lips, which is in the form of a liquid emulsion comprising: a) at least 5% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of one or more non-volatile oils; b) 1 to 30% by weight of active substance, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one film-forming agent chosen from vinyl polymers comprising at least one carbosiloxane dendrimer-based unit; c) at least 10% by weight of water relative to the total weight of the composition, d) least one coloring material. It also relates to a process for making up and/or caring for the lips, wherein the abovementioned composition is applied to the lips. It further relates to a device comprising a container (3; 110) in which is packaged the composition according to the invention, and comprising an application member which has a porous application surface (14; 120). |
