PURPOSE: An active advertisement panel device and a content providing system using the same are provided to read content access information corresponding to panel manipulation information, thereby transmitting the read information to a mobile communication terminal of a client. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(105) supplies system operating power. An approximate operating unit(110) detects a manipulation command applied to an area of a leaflet. A customer information obtaining unit(115) obtains customer information from an external device. A controller(120) controls manipulation information and the customer information.
