PURPOSE: A premixer feeding cement mixing materials to a mixer is provided to improve physical property of concrete and to ensure constant air content in concrete. CONSTITUTION: A premixer(100) comprises: a housing placed between a plurality of weighing tanks and mixer; a first premixer(110) which is placed inside the housing and primarily mixes cement mixing materials; and a second premixer(120) which is placed at the lower portion of the first premixer and mixes and discharges the cement mixing materials.
