PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pulley capable of improving dimensional accuracy thereof without the irregularity of strength and rigidity due to non-uniformity of reinforced fibers.SOLUTION: The resin pulley includes a resin part molded integrally with a bearing. The resin part is a resin composition including 40-90 wt.% of thermoplastic resin, and 10-60 wt.% of fiber reinforcing material. The resin part is molded with press molding. The press molding of the resin part formed from a resin material including the reinforced fibers enables uniform distribution of the reinforced fibers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
