PURPOSE: A low arm having a reinforcing portion structure improved by a spring back and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve reinforcing portion structure using a spring back. CONSTITUTION: A low arm having a reinforcing portion structure improved by a spring back comprises a low arm base portion(110) and a low arm reinforcing portion(120). The low arm base portion forms the outer shape of the low arm. The ends(112a,112b) are projected along the outer surface of the low arm base portion. A groove is formed inside the low arm base portion. The low arm reinforcing portion contacts the groove inside the low arm base portion. The low arm reinforcing portions are fit into each other by the spring back of the reinforcing end. The low arm reinforcing portion is fixed to the low arm base portion.
