PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further largely open a door more than an opening limit without separating a check lever from a support body as an occasion demands, to arbitrarily selectively switch the opening limit in multiple stages by a simple structure, and to achieve the cost reduction and the improvement of assembling workability, in a door checker which comprises the check lever pivoted to either of the vehicle body or the door, and the support body which is fastened to the other of the vehicle body and the door while having a penetration hole for allowing the check lever to penetrate it, and regulates the opening limit of the door by engagement between stopper protrusions at the check lever side and a stopper receiver at the support body side.SOLUTION: A plurality of stopper protrusions T1, T2 are fixed to a check lever L with an interval in a longitudinal direction, a single stopper receiver S is arranged at a support body 1 so as to be movable between a stopper position which can be engaged with the stopper protrusions T1, T2, and a retreat position which cannot be engaged with the stopper positions, and holding means H which can hold the stopper receiver S at least at the stopper position is arranged between the support body 1 and the stopper receiver S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
