PURPOSE: A synthetic resin foamed panel cutting machine is provided to rapidly cut a panel in various shapes because the panel is cut by moving upward and downward or forth and back a roller and a cutting wire. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin foamed panel cutting machine comprises a panel fixing rack(1), a screw rod(3), a transferring frame, a guide pipe(5), and a screw pipe(6). The synthetic resin foamed panel is fixed in the panel fixing rack. The screw rod is installed in left and right sides under the panel fixing rack and connected to a speed reducing sub motor. The transferring frame comprises a driving pulley(16), driven pulleys(17,18), auxiliary pulleys(17',18'), and a center tension pulley(19). When the driving pulley connected to a motor(15) rotates, a cutting wire(20) is rotated by the driven pulleys, the auxiliary pulleys, and the center tension pulley in order to cut the panel. The guide tube and the screw tube are coupled to the screw rod rotated by the speed reducing sub motor. |
