PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hydraulic turbine and a structure for multi-stage hydraulic generator are provided to minimize the scale of necessary support floodgates for additional inflow and exhaust. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hydraulic turbine comprises a hydraulic turbine case(33), a power connection joint(35), a waterproof unit, a vibration damper, and a hydraulic turbine groove. The driving part of a hydraulic turbine is combined with the square hydraulic turbine case. The waterproof unit comprises an air pocket(46), a retainer(91), and a gasket. The air pocket prevents the flooding of a driving part bearing. The vibration damper is composed of a spring(117) and a pulley(40) in the hydraulic turbine case. The hydraulic turbine groove is imbedded in a bridge post.
