PURPOSE: A drum cleaner of a laser output device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure excellent durability and toner removal property. CONSTITUTION: A drum cleaner of a laser output device comprise a textile texture and pile yarn of a file fabric. The textile texture of the pile fabric is woven by warp and weft. The pile yarn has 5 to 50 degrees of slope to a reference line which is vertical to the textile texture. The pile yarn is mad of polyester filament. The pile density of the pile yarn is 50,000/cm^2. The pile yarn is a sea island yarn. The pile is impregnated with at least one among silicon, polyurethanes, and fluorine resin.
