METHOD FOR TRANSCEIVING DATA WITH BOTH A MOBILE STATION AND A RELAY STATION IN A BROADBAND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and receiving data with both a mobile station and a relay station in a broadband wireless communication system are is provided to use uplink packet data transmitted from a relay without the pass or failure of a decoding result by transmitting ACK signals to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base station receives an upward link data from a terminal. The base station decodes the received upward link data. The base station transmits ACK signal to the terminal regardless of the pass or the failure of the decoding result. The base station receives upward link data. The upward link data is transmitted from the relay based on the upward link data of the terminal.
