PURPOSE: An automatic press forming system for the end of a headrest stay is provided to remarkably improve work efficiency by continuously performing cutting, chamfering, and press forming works. CONSTITUTION: An automatic press forming system for the end of a headrest stay comprises a cutting machine(10), a first transfer unit(40), a chamfering machine(20), a second transfer unit(50), and a press forming machine(30). The cutting machine cuts a round bar in a specific length. The first transfer unit transfers the cut round bar to the chamfering machine. The chamfering machine chamfers the end of the cut round bar. The second transfer unit transfers the chamfered round bar to the press forming machine. The press forming machine presses the end of the chamfered round bar to be tapered.
