PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to improve the connection structure between a cap plate and a circuit board thereby easily compactizing, and to improve the external connection structure, thereby simplifying manufacturing processes remarkably. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises a bare cell(100) sealed by a cap plate(30), and a circuit board(140) arranged to fact the cap plate. In the edge of the circuit board, an opening(130) for welding with the cap plate is formed. The opening has a closed type hole shape surrounded by the side wall of the circuit board, and an opening type hole shape in which one side of the circuit board adhering the opening is opened toward outside. A binding member(135) is inserted between the opening part and the cap plate.
