PURPOSE: A location information supplying system and a control method thereof are provided to supply the location of a subscriber in a WiFi service region by the recognition of a tag. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber database(50) stores AP(Access Point)(20) installation information, recognition information of a user tag(10), and information of an appointed person. A service server(40) searches for the subscriber in subscriber database according to the access of a user tag. The service server extracts location information of the user tag through installation information of the WiFi access point. The service server supplies a release state and location information of the user tag.
