PURPOSE: A crank arm generator is provided to prevent noise and enable attaching and detaching to/from a bicycle. CONSTITUTION: A crank arm generator(10) comprises: a crank arm following unit which receives torque of a crank arm at a site where the crank arm contacts; a stator; and a rotator which has concentric rotational movement relatively to the stator according the rotation of the crank arm following unit. The crank arm following unit has a coupling device for mechanically fixing the crank arm to the rotator.
