PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to prevent the damage of insulating member, when battery cell inserting into the space of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack comprises an electrode assembly, a battery cell, and insulating member. The battery cell comprises a case accepting the electrode assembly. The case comprises an end wall(113c) arranged in a first end, a side wall(113a) expanded to a second end, which is in opposite side of the first end, and connected to the end wall, and a round part(Sr) connected between the end wall and the side wall. The insulating member comprises a first part in the side wall of the case, and a second part covering at least a part of the round section. The second part of the insulating member is in the round part.
