PURPOSE: A composition containing fermented ginseng extract is provided to promote collagen biosynthesis in HDF(human dermal fibroblast) and to ensure anti-aging and anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A fermented ginseng is prepared by mixing ginseng, edible strains having beta-glucosidase activity, grains, and water and by culturing the mixture. A food, a pharmaceutical, and cosmetic composition for anti-aging contain 0.1-30 wt% of the fermented ginseng extract. The composition is used for anti-wrinkling, skin pore reduction, and whitening. The compositions are manufactured in the form of powder, tablet, granule, pill, soft or hard capsule, or liquid.
