PURPOSE: A system for providing a social network online education service with location information of a mobile terminal and a method thereof are provided to efficiently grasp information where the lecture content is mainly used by offering the location based lecture to users. CONSTITUTION: An online service request including the location information of the first mobile terminal is received from a first mobile terminal(S105). The lecture information based on the first mobile terminal is generated(S115). The location based lecture information is transmitted to the first mobile terminal(S120). A lecture cooperation request about the second mobile terminal is received(S130). The location information of the second mobile terminal is transmitted to the first mobile terminal.
