PURPOSE: A fixing apparatus, a fixing system including the same and an operating method of the fixing apparatus are provided to enhance interoperability of the fixing system and to easily manage the fixing apparatus by including a wedge part. CONSTITUTION: A fixing apparatus comprises a hydraulic cylinder(10) and a wedge part. The hydraulic cylinder comprises a load part(12) and a spring part(13). A load(11) is included in each space of the hydraulic cylinder. A spring(14) which elastically supports the load part is included in the spring part. The wedge part is combined with one end of the load part. The wedge part is formed on order to fix or lift a plurality of frames. A hydraulic discharging port is included so that the spring pushed the load part. A hydraulic supply part is included in order to press the spring.
