PURPOSE: A spice cutting apparatus is provided to enable a user to conveniently use freezed spice by a lattice spice container which can cut freezed spice using a lower plate and an uuper plate. CONSTITUTION: A spice cutting apparatus comrpises a lattice spice container(110) and a square rack(120). The lattice spice container cuts spice into the shape of a lattice and recieves the spice. The square rack is formed on the lower part of the lattice spice container. The lattice spice container comprises a lower plate and an upper plate. The lower plate is formed of a longitudinal plate and a vertical plate. The lower plate recieves chopped spice in a checkered shape.
