PURPOSE: A knee airbag device is provided to prevent an airbag housing pulling out through an opening before swelling an airbag cushion because a cushion pocket is installed in the airbag housing. CONSTITUTION: A knee airbag device comprises an airbag cushion(10), an airbag housing(20), and a cushion pocket(40). If gas flows in, the airbag cushion is expanded. The airbag cushion arranged inside the airbag housing is pulled out through an opening(25) of the airbag housing and deployed to the outside. The cushion pocket is arranged inside the airbag housing and covers the airbag cushion not to be pulled out through the opening before expanding the airbag cushion.
