Heat Rod Module for High Voltage

PURPOSE: A high voltage PTC heat road module is provided to reducing manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components and manufacturing process and to prevent the damage or failure of a product when a short circuit is generated. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of PTC elements(110) is separated and is arranged as a monolayer. A pair of terminals(120) is formed into a plate shape and materials having electric conductance. A pair of terminals respectively adheres closely to top and bottom of a PTC device layer. A pair of terminals has a plurality of inlet ports(121) which are formed into through-hole or slit shape. A pair of terminals comprises a terminal(123) connected to an external power supply. An insulator(130) is composed of materials having electric insulation. The insulator adheres closely to a pair of terminals in the top and bottom of the PTC device layer.
