PURPOSE: Fermented tea using aquilaria agallocha, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the taste and flower of the aquilaria agallocha to conventional fermented tea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented tea using aquilaria agallocha comprises the following steps: preparing the aquilaria agallocha and tea leaves; drying the tea leaves for 5-7 hours at room temperature; inserting the dried tea leaves into a rolling machine, and crushing the tea leaves into particles having the size of 250-350 meshes; inserting 15-30g of aquilaria agallocha for 3kg of tea leaves, and rolling the mixture for 10-20 minutes; inserting the tea leaves mixed with aquilaria agallocha into a pine tree box, and storing the mixture for 5-7 hours at 30-40 deg C for fermenting; and steaming the tea leaves for 30 seconds before drying.
