PURPOSE: A kerb block with a luminous marker is provided to enhance visibility at night without separate external power supply and clearly distinguish the boundary of road and a parking lot to prevent neglect accidents. CONSTITUTION: A kerb block with a luminous marker comprises one or more bodies(100), an anchor coupling hole(110), a marker coupling unit(120), and one or more luminous markers(200) The body is formed as a hexahedron. The anchor coupling hole is formed on the body. The marker coupling unit is formed on the body and is caved in corresponding to the bottom of the marker to be coupled to the marker. The luminous markers are coupled to the top of the body. The luminous markers operate with the power of a solar cell.
