PURPOSE: A peer-to-peer service method for a terminal is provided to allow a wired terminal or a mobile terminal to select an optimum peer. CONSTITUTION: A tracker generates a peer list(S420). A client terminal selects an optimum peer(S430). The client terminal is moved to the other network(S440). The tracker generates the peer list through a plurality of IP addresses and network information(S450). The client terminal selects the optimum peer in an updated peer list(S460).
