PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial bone using an extrusion, an electro spinning, and a slurry process is provided to enhance biocompatibility, thereby being applicable in various medical fields. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial bone using an extrusion, an electro spinning, and a slurry process comprises the following steps: manufacturing a cylindrical shaped periostium by extruding Hap(hydroxyapatite)(F); forming a compact substance by electro spinning a mixture of PS(polystyrene) and PCL(polycaprolactone); manufacturing a trabecular bone with mixed slurry(B) of PLGA(lactic-glycolic acid) and PCL(poIycaprolactone). The process of manufacturing periostium comprises the following steps: manufacturing a core with carbon, EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate), and steric acid; mixing Hap, EVA stearic acid; manufacturing a cell covering core; and eliminating the carbon component through a combustion process. |
