DEVICE FOR RETRIEVING EMPTY CARTRIDGE AND CANNON HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cartridge recovering device and a cannon with the same are provided to automatically collect cartridges in a specified spot because the cartridges are collected by bumping against an unfolded recovering unit. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge recovering device(100) comprises a bracket(110), an operating pin(120), a top link(130), a bottom link(140), and a recovering unit(150). The bracket is arranged separately to one side of a breech ring and the operating pin is installed in the breech ring adjacent to the bracket. The top and bottom links are rotatably installed in one side of the bracket and the operating pin is slidingly contacted to the top link. The bottom link is engaged with the top link in a specific angle and rotates with the top link. If the bottom link is rotated with the top link by sliding the operating pin along the top link when a barrel recoils, the recovering unit is unfolded and cartridges are recovered by bumping against the recovering unit.
