CONGESTION CONTROL OF MTC DATA IN MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A congestion controlling method of MTC data in a mobile communication system is provided to perform the flow control of data communication by preventing the congestion of traffic on a core network. CONSTITUTION: A terminal sends an RRC(Radio Resource Control) message to an RAN(Radio Area Network)(S7-1). The RAN transfers cell information of wireless access network to a core network node(S7-2). The core network node modifies the schedule of the traffic(S7-3). The core network node transfers modified access permission time to the terminal(S7-4,S7-5).
