PURPOSE: A portable terminal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to supply unique sense of grip and to increase the sense of beauty. CONSTITUTION: Casesform the outer appearance of a terminal. A groove unit(200) is formed in one side of the case. A fiber layer(203) is attached by a bonding unit. A surface processing layer(201) is formed in the groove unit. The surface processing layer increases the adhesive force of the fiber layer.
