System and Method of Smart Safety Speed Limiter

PURPOSE: An intelligent safe speed limit system and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to secure driver's safety and to prevent speeding in advance. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent safe speed limit system comprises: a GPS receiver(110) which receives car location from GPS(global positioning system) satellite; a GPS reading unit(120) for reading speed limit of lanes according to the car location; a GPS moedule(100) having a GPS transmission unit(130); a TPMS(tire pressure monitoring system,500) which senses and transmits tire information; an ECU(electronic control unit,400) which calculating safe speed limit considering the tire information.
