PURPOSE: Elastically paved street and a method of constructing the same are provided to enable an used elastic material to be recycled simply and easily and prevent the distortion of an elastic layer effectively. CONSTITUTION: Elastically paved street(10) comprises a ground layer(110), a primer layer(130), a first elastic layer(150), a support layer(170), a color layer(190), a first protrusion(171), and a second protrusion(173). The primer layer is formed on the ground layer and fixes the first elastic layer to the ground layer. The first elastic layer is formed on the primer layer. The support layer is formed on the first elastic layer, prevents the first elastic layer from becoming twisted and couples the first elastic layer to the color layer. The color layer is formed on the support layer, reinforces the elasticity of the elastically paved street and makes the elastically paved street have required colors. |
