PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to improve stability by easily transferring the heat of battery cell to a thermo-sensitive device. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises a can, a cap plate on the can, a bare cell(110) including electrode terminal projected from the cap plate, and a protection circuit module in the top of the bare cell. The protection circuit module comprises a circuit board a thermo-reception device connected to the circuit board, and a first lead plate(140) electrically connected to the circuit board and circuit terminal. The first lead plate comprises a first flat part combined to the circuit board, a second flat part connected to the electrode terminal, and a connect part between the first flat part and a second flat part. |
