PURPOSE: An anti-slipping lid for a food container, and the food container including thereof are provided to install an anti-slipping layer on a junction in between an ear buckle and the side of a slid body for preventing the slipping. CONSTITUTION: A food container includes a lid body(1), a foldable ear buckle(2), an anti-slipping layer(3), a container body, and an anti-slipping lid. The foldable ear buckle is located on the side of the lid body. The anti-slipping layer is installed on junction in between the ear buckle and the side of the slid body, and is produced with rubber. A lattice type anti-slipping pattern(22) is located on the outer surface of the ear buckle. The anti-slipping lid covers an opening of the container body.
