PURPOSE: A structure for an intelligent satellite antenna apparatus in an offset mode capable of automatically tracing a satellite signal is provided to reduce an effort for obtaining the directivity of a satellite antenna at not only an azimuthal direction but also an elevation angle reception status. CONSTITUTION: An Off sat type antenna receives a signal transmitted in a stationary satellite. The Off sat type antenna has a bi-axial satellite antennas structure of connecting an azimuth direction and the elevation angle at a reception status. The Off sat type antenna is composed of the two axes of the azimuth angle and the elevation angle. The Off sat type antenna is put under a satellite tracking auto antenna which receives a signal from a satellite. The Off sat type antenna helps to obtain a maximum value by analyzing a satellite signal received from a satellite antennas and controlling a rotating drive unit which rotates to an azimuth angle and an elevation angle.
