PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of alkylacrylate is provided to minimize the use of raw material maximizing the conversion ratio of a reactant, to effectively remove the water generated by esterification, and to effectively generate alkylacrylate at high yield. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of alkylacrylate comprises: a step of generating alkylacrylate and water-containing azeotrope by esterification-reacting an acrylic acid and alcohol, of which carbon number is 4 or more in a batch reactor(20), in which a reflux column(30) is attached; and a step of removing the water in the azeotrope by the top of the reflux column; and additionally comprises: a step of esterification by charging a homogeneous catalyst in the batch reactor; and a step of the esterification of the azeotrope by charging a solid acid catalyst in the reflux column.
