PURPOSE: A hyperbaric oxygen therapeutic machine is provided to enable elders who have difficulties in walking, disabled people, and injured people to easily access to the hyperbaric oxygen therapeutic machine and to reduce the inconvenience and accessing time. CONSTITUTION: A hyperbaric oxygen therapeutic machine comprises: a cylindrical transparent window(11) which is formed on one side of the machine; a medical treatment instrument body(1) which has a sliding door(12) which keeps oxygen in high pressure and concentration; a bottom frame(21) which is extended from the front of the door, and has the same height as the medical treatment instrument body floor; a pair of chair guide rails(22) which are extended from the upper side of the bottom frame to the inside of the medical treatment instrument body; a chair access unit(2) in which a chair moves along a pair of rails.
