PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing the impact of a nuclear fuel assembly is provided to perform a repeated impact test of semi-infinite by forming a mechanical structure of being instantaneously detached in a mechanical shock test. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing the impact of a nuclear fuel assembly includes a pestle(30) which is fixed in an upper part of a nuclear fuel assembly and a clamp section(40) which fixes the pestle. A fixing member is formed to fix a head of the pestle. A clamp section is fixed by separating the pestle from the ground to the upper part. The clamp section comprises a vertical bar(50) fixed to an upper plate, a cylinder(60) arranged at the vertical bar, an extrinsic cylinder(80), and a fixing member mounted on the cylinder. The vertical bar is fixed to an upper plate(20) separated from the ground to the upper part. The cylinder is arranged in a bottom part of the vertical bar.
