Solid oxide fuel cell and manufacturing method thereof

PURPOSE: A solid oxide fuel cell is provided to improve ionic conductivity by adding oxides capable of forming solid solution into a fuel electrode, thereby having high strength and high ion conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell(200) comprises a fuel electrode layer(210), an air electrode layer(230), and an electrolyte layer(220) inserted between the fuel electrode layer and the air electrode layer. The fuel electrode layer comprises an electro conductive material, yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ), and an oxide capable of forming the yttria-stabilized zirconia and solid solution. The yttria-stabilized zirconia comprises 25-100 weight% of 3mol% yttria-stabilized zirconia(3YSZ), and 0-75 weight/% of 8 mol% zirconia(8YSZ).
