PURPOSE: A cellular phone holder for two-wheeled vehicles is provided to have effective waterproof function, and to protect the cellular phone from external shock and vibration. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone holder comprises: a frame fixing part(20) combined with the frame(1) of a two-wheeled vehicle; a case(10), which has a transparent window(11) on the top, connected to the frame fixing part; an air tube inside the case, which is expansion or contraction-deformed by the insertion of air; and an air pump(40) for putting air into the air tube.
