Camera modules for mobile phones

PURPOSE: A camera module for a portable terminal is provided to improve the reliability and durability of a camera module by reducing frictional resistance and numbers of a component. CONSTITUTION: A lens barrel(12) includes a pair of protrusions(14, 16). A housing unit(30) includes an opening unit(22) and lower opening unit(28). The protrusion is movably inserted in to a pair of guide grooves(32, 34). Linear shape-memory alloy actuators(36, 38) are arranged between a front side wall(40) and a rear side wall(42). The protrusion is installed at the center of the linear shape-memory alloy actuator.
