Apparatus for applying anti-spatter oil

PURPOSE: An anti-spatter oil applying apparatus is provided to overcome the sputtering of oil and to overcome oil sputtering related problems by previously contacting the oil applying region of a part to an oil absorbing sponge. CONSTITUTION: A tank unit(100) stores and supplies oil. A pump unit(200) sucks and transfers oil stored in the tank unit. An oil applying jig(300) includes a plurality of sponges and distributes, supplies, and sucks the oil transferred by the pump unit. A robot(400) transfers a oil applying region of a part to the oil applying jig and contacting the oil applying region to the sponges to be applied with the oil. A controller(500) controls the overall operations of an anti-spatter oil applying apparatus.
