PURPOSE: A rock drill for a tiltable and rotatable excavator is provided to enable a punching work to be easily done in a narrow space like a tunnel and enhance the efficiency of the punching work. CONSTITUTION: A rock drill for a tiltable and rotatable excavator comprises a body(10), a support structure(13), a swing device(14), and a frame assembly(15). The body forms an excavation hole using a rod. The support structure is formed on one side of the body and is mounted on an excavator arm(11). The swing device is mounted on one side of the support structure and rotates the body. The swing device is installed to be parallel to a surface forming the lateral side of the body. The frame assembly is connected between the driving side of the swing device and the side of the body.
