PURPOSE: A flange type connecting apparatus of a sprinkler head is provided to reduce an installation space and to improve sealability and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A flange type connecting apparatus of a sprinkler head comprises: a head flange jaw(22) which is formed on the outside of a head flange which is formed in the end of a sprinkler head; a groove(24) formed inside; a flexible joint(10) which is installed in a projected circular rim; and circular rims(28,28') installed at both ends of a circular clip.
