The invention relates to a device which includes a special dispensing system which provides advantages over every known system, also offering the feature of adapting to different heights of containers or bottles receiving the compound in question. For said purpose, the device includes a water tank comprising temperature control, as well as a tank or hopper (3) containing a soluble product, with a means for dispensing same, in order to be mixed with the water and produce the desired preparation or compound, including an electric and/or electronic means, as well as a mechanical means for regulating and controlling the entire system, as well as manual activation push buttons, with the specific feature that the means for dispensing the soluble product is made up of a worm (7) that can be removed for cleaning, which is retained in the position thereof located above the lower portion of the hopper of soluble product by means of a nut (8) that can be screwed into a neck formed in the corresponding side area of the hopper. The container receiving the mixture includes a mounting (6) which is height-adjustable such as to be able to adapt to different types of containers.
