PURPOSE: An Ag-Cu-CyD(Zn-polymer) antimicrobial agent for paving road and bottom is provided to release active oxygen and to basically block bacteria breeding. CONSTITUTION: An Ag-Cu-CyD(Zn-polymer) antimicrobial agent comprises a shell layer formed of binder polymers and zinc nanoparticles; and a core in which Ag-Cu alloy nanoparticles are encapsulated in a hole inside cyclodextrin. The binder polymer is silicon polymers, acryl polymers, or urethane polymers. The Ag-Cu contains silver and copper in a ratio of 1 : 0.2-5 mole. The cyclodextrin(CyD) is alpha-cyclodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, gamma-cyclodextrin, sulfoalkyl beta-cyclodextrin, hydroxy propoyl beta-cyclodextrin(HPCD), hydroxyl ethyl beta-cyclodextrin, 2-hydroxy propyl beta-cyclodextrin, ether beta-cyclodextrin, methyl beta-cyclodextrin, dimethyl beta-cyclodextrin, trimethyl beta-cyclodextrin, or sulfobutyl ether beta-cyclodextrin. |
