PURPOSE: An oral cleansing composition containing GMCSF(granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor) is provided to enhance immunity and to treat stomatitis. CONSTITUTION: An oral cleansing composition for enhancing immunity contains GMCSF(granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor) and disinfectant as an active ingredient. The GM-CSF is natural or recombinant GM-CSF. The recombinant GM-CSF is derived from plants, animals, bacteria, or fungi. The disinfectant is benzethonium chloride or chloride cetyl pyridinium. The oral cleansing composition is manufactured in the form of an oral cleansing solution, spray, or paste.
