The electromotor has a housing (1) whose one end is connected at a flange (2) and another end is connected at an end shield (3). The flange has an opening (4) in which a rotor shaft (5) is inserted. A rolling bearing (7) is arranged to support the rotor shaft. The rotor bundles (13,17) are placed on the rotor shaft such that end shield and rotor bundles are partially overlapped with one another in the axial direction of the rotor shaft.
