<p>Provided are glass for use in a scattering layer of an organic LED element, and an organic LED element using the scattering layer. The present invention relates to an organic LED element characterized by comprising a transparent substrate, a first electrode, an organic layer, and a second electrode in this order, and having a scattering layer which contains, in mol% on the oxide basis, 15 to 30% P2O5, 5 to 30% Bi2O3, 5 to 27% Nb2O5, and 4 to 40% ZnO, wherein the total content of alkali metal oxides including Li2O, Na2O, and K2O is 5 mass% or less.</p> |
